Shopping for super cute fabric is one of my favorite things to do when it comes to creating elastic dog bandanas for Little Shop Joy. I have purchased my fabric online and locally, here’s some of my favorite places to snag super cute fabric.
1. Hobby Lobby – They have some of the cutest fabrics ever! They have lots and lots of fabric to choose from! They also always have a cute little seasonal section for holidays and seasons. This is where I score most of my fabrics and the elastic for my elastic dog bandanas.
Pro Tip: Try to buy their fabric when they have 30% off a yard! It happens a couple times a month so check out the Hobby Lobby sales flyer before you go! All savings and coins add up!
2. Joann’s – Another one of my favorite places to get cute fabric! There’s sooo much fabric to choose from. They have a much better variety and a bigger section when it comes to finding different kinds of fabric. This is the second place that I score most of my fabric from.
Pro Tip: Save money by using a coupon! They usually have 20%-40% off coupon that is good on regular priced items.
3. Walmart – I have found a few cute fabrics from Walmart! Their section is smaller than the other two but still jammed packed with unique fabrics. Their fabric is priced a bit cheaper tho. Most fabrics starts at $3.97 a yard.
Pro Tip: – Make sure the fabric you purchase from Walmart can be used commercially. I have purchased a few yards of fabrics that prohibits commercial use.
4. Spoonflower.com – I have purchased quite a few yards from this website mainly for my holiday collections! They have super SUPER cute seasonal fabric and sooo many different orints. Spoonflower is one of my favorites because their fabrics are created by artists and uploaded to be printed on fabric! This is super cool way to snag unique fabric that your customers won’t find in other handmade pet shops.
Other Places To Order Fabric Online ( I haven’t tried these places but I know they sell fabric because I’ve browsed some)
5. Etsy
6. eBay
7. Amazon
I hope this list helps you find some cute fabric for your dog bandana patterns!

Jackie
