Sewing Essentials

There are some of my sewing favorites that I use to create Scrunchie Bandanas and more!

Sewing Machine– I went through 4 sewing machines before I found one that could handle all of my sewing needs! O still use ‘her’ to this day 🙂

Sewing Guide – When I first started learning how to sew, the hardest thing ever was sewing straight lines! I found this sewing guide and it makes sewing lines sooo easy! It’s magnetic so it will stay in place as you are sewing.

Elastic- I use two different elastics for my Scrunchie Bandanas! I use this one for bandanas size XS-Medium and for my large bandanas, I use this one. You can use one size elastic for all your Scrunchie Bandanas but I noticed that the wider elastic work better for the larger bandanas.

Scrunchie Bandana Pattern – I have been using this pattern to create and sell the best selling bandanas in my handmade shop, Little Shop Joy since 2019!

Sourcing or Finding Inventory

List of Pallet Locations and Websites – If you are looking for where to buy liquidation pallets or liquidation bins near you, please check out this list of Pallet Locations and Websites that I created to help you find inventory near you. I literally went through every state in the US to find liquidation pallets or bins. If your state is not listed, don’t let that discourage you! You can still find inventory at your neighboring state or order it online!

What you Need to Get Started on eBay or another reselling platform

This is what you will need to get started on your resell journey.

Computer or iPad or Smartphone – to be able to list your items

Printer or Thermal Ink Printer – Its best to print off your own shipping labels so invest in a good printer or a thermal ink printer if you want to save on ink! It’s the best investment ever plus you can use it to create other items for your resell business.

Shipping Labels – Depending on the kind of printer you decide to you. For everyday printers, you will need side by side labels. For your thermal printer, you will need special labels that require no ink.

Tape – Good shipping tape. You can order some from Amazon or UpakUship.

Poly mailers in different sizes! You can find some at Amazon or UpakUship.
