How to Sew a Dog Bandana?
How to Create a Scrunchie Bandana for your Dog in 5 easy steps
Step 1: Select the correct bandana from my Scrunchie Bandana Pattern – this is exact pattern that I have been using for my handmade pet shop since 2019. Cut the fabric needed for the bandana flag, scrunchie part and a piece of elastic.
Step 2: Sew the bandana flag at the top and at the bottom – make sure you leave the sides open so you can insert the scrunchie part.
Step 3: Sew the scrunchie part inside out to create a tube. Turn the tube inside out.
Step 4: Use your safety pin to slide the elastic through the tube. Sew on one side then the other.
Step 5: Turn the bandana flag right side out and slide the scrunchie in the bandana. Sew one side. Slide the other piece of the scrunchie in the other side of the bandana and sew! That’s it!
