Lately, I’ve been learning how to move forward without having it all figured out.
Not because I suddenly feel confident or fearless — but because staying stuck started to feel heavier than uncertainty.
There’s this quiet pressure we carry to know.
To have a plan.
To see the full picture before we take a step.
And for a long time, I believed that if I didn’t know what was next, I was doing something wrong.
But life doesn’t always work like that.
Some seasons don’t come with clarity.
They come with waiting. With pauses. With days that feel repetitive or unproductive. With moments where you’re doing your best, but you’re still unsure how everything will work out.

That’s the season I’ve been in.
I don’t wake up every day with answers. I don’t always know what direction things are heading. Some days feel hopeful, others feel heavy. And for a while, I thought that meant I was behind.
What I’m learning instead is that moving forward doesn’t always look bold or obvious.
Sometimes it looks like small, quiet choices.
It looks like showing up even when motivation is low.
It looks like creating something without knowing how it will be received.
It looks like taking care of your mental health instead of forcing productivity.
It looks like choosing to keep going — gently.
I used to think clarity came before action.
Now I’m realizing clarity often comes because of action.
Not big leaps. Just small steps.
One decision. One effort. One moment of trust at a time.
I’m learning that it’s okay to build as I go. To figure things out in motion. To let myself be a work in progress instead of waiting to feel “ready.”
If you’re in a season where you don’t have everything figured out, I want you to know this: you’re not failing. You’re not behind. You’re not doing life wrong.
You’re learning.
And sometimes, learning looks like moving forward without certainty — and trusting that clarity will meet you along the way.
Sending lots of love, happiness and peace,
Jackie
