Knot Hair Bows are sooo easy to make! You can create a few in minutes with pieces of scrap fabric and an alligator clip or nylon headband (if the Dog or Baby doesn’t have hair)!
Knot Hair Bows are another one of my bestselling hairbows in my handmade shop, Little Shop Joy! Dog Moms loved how cute they were and how they stayed in their fur baby’s hair!
Sooo, what do you need to make a Knot Hair Bow?
You will need:
Fabric
How do you make a Knot Hair Bow?
You can watch my YouTube Video or use the instructions below:
- Select the size you need from my Knot Hair Bow Pattern. Place the pattern on the fabric and cut it using a rotary cutter or scissors.
- Fold the fabric in half and iron. Sew the edges and leave an small opening at the bottom center – small but big enough so you can turn it right side out.
- Turn it right side out. You can sew the opening close or just tuck it in and iron it down so it will stay closed together.
- Fold the fabric in half – hotdog style and then knot it. If you get stuck on this step, check out my Youtube Video! Skip towards the end so you can see what I mean 🙂
Happy Sewing,
Jackie
