I’m Jackie! I created this space to help others make money online, share DIY crafts and how gratitude and maintaining a positive attitude can change your life.

This blog will be about just about anything – online money making tips, how to sell on eBay, creating DIY crafts like my best selling Scrunchie Bandana or candles, food recipes, nail strips/wraps, money saving tips, and of course, all things about being positive and grateful.

I have been doing so much over the last few years and I want to share what I have learned in hopes that it helps others.

My online money making adventure began after I spent two years as a CNA working 8-12 hour days! I was a young mom of two kids under the age of 3. I wanted to start working from home so I could be there more for them so I decided to start an online call center. I made some money but it wasn’t what I wanted to do. Then, I started Little Shop Joy and was selling dog accessories like bow collars and leashes. I was initially dropshipping then eventually taught myself how to sew.

My customers loved my handmade tie on bandanas and my sturdy bow ties! I wanted to add a new product so I created the Scrunchie Bandanas. My customers loved them wayy more than my tie on bandanas. They loved that they were no tie, elastic bandanas that stayed in place and all you had to do was slide it over your fur baby’s head. They were a dog mom’s dream come true. (I finally share how to make them here.)

Later I started reselling on eBay and Mercari and figured out that you can really make some serious money if done right. I started shopping at local liquidation shops and within 7 months, I made over $17k on eBay.

Locals started to ask if I had any tips for them so I started sharing them as I went and on Tiktok. Quickly figured out that Tiktok is not my thing but I still wanted to share tips soooo I decided to start a blog to give me a way to help others and hopefully impact some lives.

Through all life’s challenges, I had to remind myself maintain a positive attitude and be grateful – maybe not for the situation but for something because your attitude determines your ‘ride’ through life. If you are happy and joyful, you will create and attract happy and joyful situations and vice versa. If you are sad and constantly worried, you will create more sad and worrisome situations.

I want to help moms (like me) to stay home with their kids so they can create a money making schedule as they raise their kids.

I want to give others hope when it comes to making money online and show you how to find stuff to sell or how to make it.

I want to inspire others introverts who want to be able to make money online without being in someone’s face or on the phone.

I just want to help, inspire and empower you. May this blog help you create some purple joy in your life. You deserve it. You got this.
