You don’t always have to be strong or feel strong. There will be times when you will need a good cry, to scream, cuss throw stuff and that’s okay. You are allowed. You are allowed to feel all of those feelings and express them when needed. It’s a great release of all that stress and tension that has been building up because it does build up. Stuff in life just keeps happening and we keep taking it and taking it and taking it and taking it until its like “DANG, am I gonna get a break?!? This keeps happening and I feel like I’m about to lose my mind.’ And in that next moment, you do your ‘thing’, you take that moment and cry, scream or cuss or throw something (not at anyone) so you can get that healthy release.
After you release, pull yourself together and remind yourself that you got this and then keep being the badass that you know you are. You are stronger than you think. You got this. Keep going.
